How do I register for a User Exchange? 

It’s easy! At Greenway’s User Exchange website, you can view our 2021 schedule, select your city, and register through an online portal.  

Please note: As we finalize dates and venues, certain locations will appear as “TBD.” Keep an eye on your inbox for registration information as it becomes available! 

What is the cost to attend a User Exchange? 

User Exchanges are complimentary for Greenway clients, with meals provided. At Condensed (half-day) events, we will serve breakfast and lunch. At Dual-Condensed events, clients can select a morning option that includes breakfast and lunch or an afternoon option that includes snacks and dinner. At Dinner events, we will provide appetizers and dinner. Other than transportation and hotel accommodations, if needed, there’s no cost to attend a User Exchange.

What should I wear to a User Exchange? 

Business casual is typical. However, we understand that you may be coming from your practice, and that scrubs may be more convenient. Please feel free to come as you are. 

Can I bring more than one person from my practice? 

To allow for adequate spacing and to provide a level of comfort for our attendees, we will cap all User Exchange events at 40 clients. In an effort to give as many clients as possible the opportunity to participate, we ask that no more than two clients per practice register. We will open a waitlist and work to fill any open spots leading up to the event. If you have questions, or would like to request that an additional member of your practice attend, please contact us at     

What should I do if I am on the waitlist? 

The Greenway team will actively monitor the registration list to ensure we fill any open spots with clients on the waitlist. If we can add you to the event, we will email you personally and send a registration confirmation for your attendance.  

What should I do if I can no longer attend the User Exchange?

If you need to cancel your User Exchange attendance, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing This allows us to open up a spot for a client on the waitlist!  

Will I need to bring my registration confirmation?

It’s not necessary. However, you may want to use it as a quick reference during the event. 

Will I have to attend the full event?

You are welcome to join us for the day or, if you’re pressed for time, to customize your schedule and attend only the sessions you want. 

What kinds of health and safety measures will Greenway take onsite?  

Greenway is working with each venue on its safety protocols and cleaning procedures. All venues will comply with cleaning and health protocols, including limited capacity, face mask policies (depending on local ordinance), increased sanitation stations, social distancing (where available), as well as hand sanitizer, masks and wipes available for all attendees. We will actively communicate the safety measures we plan to take at your User Exchange.  

Which products will User Exchanges feature? 

User Exchange sessions and presentations will cover Greenway products which include Intergy and Prime Suite. In addition, team members will be on-site to speak to you about our entire portfolio of products. 

What topics will be discussed at the User Exchange?

We will share important updates about current solutions, as well as plans for upcoming innovations in technology and functionality. In addition, we will cover industry topics such as revenue cycle optimization and 21st Century Cures Act. You can also expect to exchange best practices with other Greenway users and our solution experts.
