Q: How do I register for a User Exchange?
A: It’s easy! At Greenway’s User Exchange website, you can view our 2020 User Exchange schedule, select your city, and register through an online portal.
Q: Are there any costs associated with attending?
A: User Exchanges are complimentary for Greenway customers, with meals provided. At full events, Greenway will provide snacks, lunch, and dinner. At dinner events, Greenway will provide appetizers and dinner.
Other than transportation and hotel accommodations if needed, there’s no cost.
Q: What should I wear to a User Exchange?
A: Business casual is typical. However, we understand that you may be coming from your practice, so scrubs may be more convenient. Feel free to come as you are.
Q: Can I bring more than one person from my practice?
A: Absolutely! We recommend bringing anyone you feel would benefit from the information or networking at a User Exchange. We do recommend registering your entire group in advance, but walk-ins are always welcome.
Q: Do I need to bring my registration confirmation?
A: It’s not necessary. However, you may want to use it as a quick reference for the sessions you’ve registered for.
Q: Do I have to attend the full event?
A: You are welcome to join us for the day or, if you’re pressed for time, customize your schedule and attend only the sessions you want.
Q: Which products will User Exchanges feature?
A: User Exchange sessions and presentations will cover Greenway products which include Intergy and Prime Suite. In addition, team members will be on site to speak to you about our entire portfolio.
Q: What topics will be discussed at the User Exchange?
A: The team will share important updates about your current solutions, as well as plans to provide innovative technology and functionality. We’ll also cover industry topics such as revenue cycle management, population health, and value-based care programs. You can expect to exchange best practices with other Greenway users and our solution experts.

A: Our next conference, ENGAGE20, is scheduled at the new Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in the Denver area Aug. 20-23, 2020. We plan to launch registration mid-December 2019 so you have plenty of time to plan, prepare, and budget to attend.
