It’s easy. Browse the 2019 User Exchange schedule, select your city, and follow the link to register.
What is the cost to attend?
User Exchanges are complimentary for Greenway customers, with dinner included! Other than transportation and hotel accommodations if needed, there’s no cost involved.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Parking is also complimentary. Because parking arrangements vary from location to location, you will receive an email before your User Exchange explaining where to park and how to validate parking.
What should I wear?
Business casual is typical. However, we understand you may be coming from your practice and that scrubs may be more convenient. Please feel free to come as you are!
Can I bring more than one person from my practice?
Absolutely! We recommend you bring anyone you feel would benefit from the information and networking opportunities of a User Exchange.
Do I need to bring my registration confirmation?
It’s not necessary, however, you may want to refer to your confirmation because it shows the sessions you’ve registered for.
Do I have to attend the full event?
You’re welcome to join us for the day. Or, if you’re pressed for time, you can customize your schedule and attend only the sessions you want.
What is a Take-30?
Take-30 appointments are 30-minute, one-on-one meetings with product experts. You may use these sessions to ask product questions and get tips and tricks. Although we limit sessions to one per practice, you can bring as many people as you want with you to an appointment.
When should I sign up for a Take-30?
Spots for Take-30s fill quickly. If the timeslot you want is unavailable when you register, we suggest you add your name to the waitlist. We do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule and keep the waitlist to a minimum. If your city does not offer a Take-30, you can request a one-on-one meeting with a Greenway team member by emailing us at email@example.com.
What topics will be discussed?
The team will share important updates about your current solutions, as well our plans for the future. We’ll also cover industry topics such as revenue cycle management, population health, and value-based reimbursement.
