Why has Greenway postponed spring 2020 User Exchanges?
There is no higher priority than the health and safety of our customers and employees.
We are monitoring the status of COVID-19 here in the United States and around the world. You’ve no doubt heard that large-scale events have been cancelled or postponed in an abundance of caution, and many companies are revising the way they do business. As a healthcare organization, Greenway is extremely conscious of our responsibility to our customers, employees, and partners.
We understand that many of you may be busier than usual with increased calls and office visits. As your partner, we want to minimize distractions and allow you to focus on your patients during this time.
Will any User Exchanges take place this year?
Yes, we plan to reschedule all impacted (March–May) 2020 User Exchange events. Our June User Exchange events will continue as scheduled. Please refer to user-exchange.greenwayhealth.com for the most up-to-date information. We will also email you updates as we finalize new dates.
I’m already registered for a User Exchange. Will I need to re-register once a new date is announced?
We have put all current User Exchange registrations on hold. Your registration information, along with the afternoon sessions you reserved (11:30 a.m. and after), will transfer automatically to the registration page for the new event date. If you’re registered for a User Exchange dinner, your entire registration will transfer to the new date.
In terms of the morning one-on-one take-30 and usability lab appointments, we will honor your current appointment date and time and hold the meeting virtually. We want to address your questions at the originally scheduled time rather than wait for a later date. A member of the Greenway Events team will contact you directly to confirm your scheduled appointment.
While we will transfer your original registration to the new event date, morning appointments will be re-opened, as we plan to hold those meetings virtually. If you would like to schedule an additional take-30 or usability lab appointment on the new event date, please update your reservation once the new dates are released.

How can I engage virtually with Greenway while waiting for the new User Exchange dates?
If you were already scheduled for a morning one-on-one take-30 and/or usability lab appointment, we will honor your current appointment date and time and hold the meeting virtually. As stated, we want to address your questions at the originally scheduled time.
We are working on additional alternatives to face-to-face interactions. Stay tuned!

Will I receive a refund for airline tickets?
Greenway is not responsible for attendee air travel arrangements. We encourage you to consult directly with the air carrier for information. Many airlines have relaxed cancellation policies and may allow you to change your flight to a later date.
Will I receive a refund for hotel accommodations?
Greenway is not responsible for attendee hotel accommodations. We encourage you to consult directly with the hotel for information.
